Hardy Leek! Edible & a fantastic summer flowering perennial. Taller and paler than ‘Summer Drummer’ in shades of white to pale lilac. Easily 3’ in flower and attractive to all manner of pollinators. Beautiful in seed, but quite fertile so remove if self sowing is not desired. Generally takes 2-3 years from seed for these to get to flowering size, and we’re happy to share clumps of two year old seedlings from our robust patch to accelerate the timeline.
