Commonly referred to here as the best white Sanguisorba, which means it’s painfully slow for us to propagate and offer for sale. This is the first offering in years as we waited to build up our stock. Selected here from parviflora and sharing its sturdy, upright habit, but with clear tenuifolia influence in its taller stature and longer inflorescenes. Many pendulous white bottlebrush flowers top sturdy 4-6’ stems in early summer. Perfect with Molinia ‘Transparent’. Hat tip to Dominique Browning for the name.
