This species has become an autumn affection here, especially as container grown plants that we can have in flower from October- January in a cold greenhouse. We have been playing with and offering S. fortunei variations inexpensively from seed, including from doubles, but understandably, the unadventurous majority want the security of known goods, i.e. clones.
