Hardy South American Heliotrope species, with lavender flowers from early summer to frost. Annual stems to 3’ wide, retreating to a tidy base for the winter. Clump forming (no running), and best in sun with good drainage. Remarkably tough when established. Has survived -6F here, quart pot.
