Benton Iris from our modest but hard earned collection. Cedric Morris was a plantsman and gardener of considerable note. His impeccable, artist’s eye informed the many years he spent refining his selections of bearded Iris.

Perhaps alluded to by the name, this CV was bred by Cedric Morris in the 1950s but the plant was introduced in 1983 to commemorate his passing. Creamy-white and steely-grey falls with yellow to brown tinges alongside a golden beard. Z4, Quart Pot
