A version 3.0 selection in the exploration of fusion of foliage pattern, foliage shape and heat tolerance with drooping lobes reminiscent of the dorm room staple. Our six year old plant (the last two in the ground) has flowered on stems from 32-36” with foliage to 30” wide. Large maroon flowers in dense clusters are unusually conspicuous. We don’t have many to offer initially, but we will have more. The price seems high until it’s amortized over the seven years we’ve thus far invested, and then it seems too inexpensive! The plant has not seen temps in the ground lower than 11F, but we are guessing Z6 hardiness based on its parentage. Quart pot
