Astrantia bavarica has performed incredibly well in the heat, but it’s on the shorter side at ca 15” with somewhat smaller flower. We have long had a tough, 30” tall, white flowered major that does equally well, and these plants are offspring of the two. Not surprisingly, they’ve been remarkably tough in our Rhode Island heat, even in hostile summer greenhouse conditions.
